About: Dr Md Tarik Bin Abdur Rashid completed MBBS from Sher-E-Bangla medical college, Barisal in May 1996 and obtained MD (cardiology) from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) in 2008. He started his cardiology carrier in 2003 at National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute. In 2011 he Joined United Hospital and worked with utmost sincerity up to 2016.

Then he moved to AFC Health Fortis Heart Institute, Chattogram as Senior Consultant, Cardiology and was working up to 2019. Before joining Evercare Hospital Chattogram, he was working as Senior Consultant, Cardiology at Green Life Hospital, Chattogram. During his career he was trained in interventional cardiology at home & abroad.

He has successfully done lots of Coronary Angiogram, Peripheral angiograms, Coronary Angioplasty, Primary angioplasty, Permanent Pacemaker implantation, AICD & CRTD implantation. He has a special interest in TAVI. He is a Life member of Bangladesh Cardiac Society and the Bangladesh Society of cardiovascular Intervention.
